Last week I bought mint and Vanilla bean, so every morning I've been having Mint and vanilla bean in my Banana smoothies. Also I alternate between combinations of Pineapple chunks and strawberries or both.

Yes of course these ingredients reduces inflammation because here I have used a variety of fruit to get a range of vitamins with the banana, mint, pineapple, and strawberries. I use almond milk as well that is fortified with vitamin D and b12, so I like to think that I'm getting a spectrum of vitamins with smoothies.
