Vegan Fall & Winter meals

Banana Smoothie with a dash of cinnamon

Baked Acorn Squash & Potatoes with Banana Bread (2 cups of flour of choice, dash of baking powder, 4 ripe bananas, 1 apple, cinnamon/allspice) topped with Raspberries (or bananas)

Carrot Pie with Oat flour crust (2 cups of powdered oats, sugar, and water), & Pie filling made with (boiled) Carrots, bananas, and dates blended & Garnished with slices of pear

An alternative carrot pie with Crust made of rolled oats, chopped raisins and dates and Pie filling made with Boiled carrots blended with bananas and dates, garnished with carrot and pear slices

Soup made with what you can see in the following two pictures (Green split peas, onion, celery, and carrots boiled then blended)

Heated vanilla flavored Almond milk with dash of cinnamon

Salad of Tomato, Cucumber, Avocado over bed of lettuce with lime juice

Produce in the Fall and Winter include Apples, Oranges, limes, lemons, Pears, Acorn Squash and Butternut Squash. As you can see in the photos below, this is a typical Fall and Winter produce haul:
