Bean Chili with veggies from the garden

Summer into Fall Bean Chili

15 oz black beans
15 oz of corn
2 (15 oz) of kidney beans
(1) large red/green peppers or (3) small peppers, chopped
(1) jalapeno pepper, diced
(3) tomatoes, chopped
(1) onion, diced
salsa, optional
cilantro and/or dill
seasonings, optional (salt replacement, chili powder)

Add all veggies and beans to a large pot with 1-2 cups of water or vegetable broth (or if using canned beans and corn, use juice from can). Boil for 35-45 minutes.
