Caramel (one-ingredient) Smoothie for energy and comfort

Caramel Smoothie

20-30 dates
2 cups of water

Even if you have a high-speed blender, dates can be very hard to blend, so soak your dates for 20 minutes in the water you intend to blend with. After soaking, pulse a couple of times and then thoroughly blend the dates and water to create a caramel drink.

This drink is great for energy (pre and post-work out) and if you're craving unhealthy junk food.
