1 orange, juiced
1/2 avocado, mashed
2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
1/2 avocado, mashed
2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
Cut the orange into 4 sections and squeeze the juice out of each section, into a medium to large sized bowl. Then, mash avocado into the orange juice, until you reach the consistency of cream. Chop dill and add to the dressing, along with seasonings. To the same bowl, add small handfuls of spinach or romaine lettuce to evenly coat all of the leaves with the dressing.
